Family photos can be stressful, lets be real. I am a parent too, and my kids pretty much refuse photos these days. If your kids are feeling uncooperative, we will let them play and capture them as they are! No need to stress, we will do our best!
I am here to help you pick out outfits anytime! Clothing choices make a huge impact on the overall feel of your photos, and I do enjoy helping you achieve that! A brief tip- Solids, textures, small prints, neutral colors (creams, browns, rust, olive greens), and long flowy dresses for the ladies are always beautiful! I have a style guide I am happy to send you!
I have a handful of favorite outdoor locations when the weather is nice. We can decide together where will be the right fit for your family. I am also always up for trying new places, as long as the lighting and timing is favorable.
I always prefer to do outdoor sessions 1-2 hours before sunset, as this is when the lighting is most favorable. Therefore exact time changes with the seasons as the sun sets earlier or later. If we are doing an in home newborn session, these will usually take place in the morning.
All printing shops print colors differently, I always recommend Mpix for online printing of your photos. Convenience stores and department stores are not recommended.
